22 MONTHS!

This little guy is 22 months old today! Can you believe that he is 2 months shy of 2 years old!? He continues to be full of energy and joy! He is loving being close to the beach and lately has run straight into the water with no fear! We enjoy his daring attitude but it makes Mommy and Grandma Nadine a little nervous. :) He is jumping everywhere he goes, loves interaction with other kids, is speaking more and more words and is practicing his independence more everyday. He also expects you to share whatever you are eating and he must have a hollow leg...where does it go!? We know that he is going to be an awesome big brother....he loves to give hugs and kisses and will even give a little cuddle time (sometimes)...he is a little busy to sit too long! :)

Here is a little video from today on the beach. It started raining about 5 minutes after we got there but we got a few minutes in the water.

We made it!

Sorry for the blogging break but it has been crazy the last couple of weeks. Isaac and I have closed the chapter of Fort Leavenworth and we have made it to Virginia!! My parents flew out for Marc's KU graduation and then drove with Isaac and I out here to VA. (I had to come ahead of Marc because of the pregnancy) It was a long drive and it rained the ENTIRE trip but it felt good when we finally arrived here. My sister lives about 2 1/2 hours from us so we got to spend some great time with her and Josiah last week. I have lots of pictures to put up of our last few weeks but I wanted to share these pictures from today...Isaac couldn't be happier than when playing in water! We are staying about a block from the beach but today we went and found this super fun water fountain park!

Isaac LOVES jumping and was thrilled to be jumping in the water....sooooo much fun!
