Weekend away...

This has been a crazy week for us!  Last Saturday we had Marc's annual NewYear's Work Party (it got pushed back a couple of weeks because of the Lice or AKA THE BUGS) at our house and we also had a group of people from Church over on Sunday...it was party central around here. Then on Sunday Ava and Isaac started getting horrible colds so we have been doing a lot of cuddling this week!  I know Isaac is sick when all he wants to do is sit on my lap.  :)  Marc had been sick at the end of last week (he is NEVER sick) and now I am ending this week with a cold....we are hoping Isabella doesn't get it!  We also had our annual dentist appointments on Tuesday for the WHOLE family...wow, what an experience.  Isaac did great, Ava was OK when she was on my lap, Isabella didn't want anything to do with the whole experience. :)  Overall, everyone looks good...well, what they could see of Isabella looked good. :)
Anyway, we have some really fun stuff coming up so we are hope to get back into a good blogging routine!

A couple of weekends ago we went to a really fun place called "Centre Parcs" with 3 other families.  We had a GREAT time and really enjoyed our weekend away.  Centre Parcs have really cool cabins and have tons of kid friendly activities.  We were really enjoying the indoor waterpark.

To get to the indoor waterpark we had to walk though all the snow & cold weather we were having that weekend. :)

Not only did they have a waterpark but tons of indoor activities.  The girls were enjoying this "spaceship".

Isabella was lovin' it!

Isabella has a ton of facial expressions that just crack us up...she has a TON of personality!  There was a about a 10 minute walk from our cabin to the waterpark and she was wondering what was taking so long. 

Ava was enjoying getting a "ride" to and from the waterpark!

We had great cabins and so in some of our downtime we took every cushion off the couch and made beds on the floor...it was so comfy!

Here is Ava in her new flamingo baby suit which was a hand-me-down from a friend.  She is getting so big!

I did her first french braid.  Ava has the best hair.

I was able to get a few runs in and this was a little cuddle time after a run.

Not only was there a waterpark but an indoor ski slope...I told you it was a cool place!  Here is Isaac and our friend Kyle during their lesson.

The last day it snowed even more there so we used the sled instead of the stroller.

The other families left a little earlier than us to get back to school on Monday (the advantage of only having 1 of our 3 in school is that we can take Isaac out for the day)  We had a little more goof-off time and were enjoying this kid-sized air hockey table.  Marc is always trying to convince me that we need an air hockey table. :)

We ended our time with some bowling.  Wow! We had a packed weekend!

We never did get a group picture of all the families, but it was a good time with lots of memories!
