Camping and the 4th

Here we are...returning from the land of no blogging!!  Ever since my laptop died last year I have struggled getting blogs up!  I now work on our desktop which we also use to watch shows and sometimes the shows win out (with my laptop I could do both at the same time)...on top of that we have had a busy summer!!

Here are some pictures of our first camp-out with the kids.  We decided to go 4th of July weekend which is a super popular weekend so we were only able to get one night reserved at the campground.  It really worked out best because our super duper excited Ava barely slept!!  She even tried to wake up Isaac at 3:30 in the morning to "talk". :)

We were all hot and headed to the lake for a dip after this pic!

Here we are the next day dressed in our red,white & blue...ready for the parade in our town!  Yep, we packed up the tent and headed back to Pinehurst for all the 4th of July activities!  Can you see the feet of Isaac hiding behind me!?

We loaded up the wagon to enjoy the day of 4th of July fun!!
