Construction madness

This is what was going on in front of our house for a week.  They worked nights from 1900 (7:00 PM)-0600.  There were LOTS of big machines and they were loud!  Grandma June and Isaac had a great time watching them before he went to bed!

They were digging a hole in front of our driveway.  It was fun to have these big machines so close so you could see how they really work.  Isaac was super excited to experience his own Bob the Builder episode. 

A funny story is that one day we had been out and about and had completely forgotten about the 1900 road closure.  We couldn't make it to our house that night and had to park in a park/pullout down the street and walk home!
