Tire Ops!

So how do you tell the seasons in the Netherlands???.... winter tires & summer tires ...

Here's a little snap-shot album of our time at the auto garage last weekend...

(some background is that the garage is pretty busy most days--up to a 3hr wait some times...so this was our 4th attempt to change out the tires between Kelly & me over the last month)

The garage allows you to stay with your vehicle, so here are the kiddos while we are in the queue.  There are some huge tires for the little ones to check out...

Oh how they really wanted to climb all over the tires in the shop...trust me!

iGirl is really expressing herself these days...and that big tire in the back...well, let's just say that I had to reel them in a couple of times or else they would have climbed right inside of it...

Of course Daddy planned for some breaks & snacks...here is the "pre-snack" line-up! They are all waving and saying Hi--very social bunch, eh?

And certainly everyone has their own bowl---Red Grapes were the pick of the day! I'm not sure, but it looks like the girls figured that iMan had more in his bowl...

Then a little juice...but they were pretty wired, so you can see that they just about jumped off before our time in the work bay.

They were checking out everything...here's the car next to us getting tires as well.

iMan watched intently as the mechanic filled the air and then checked the balancing--he enjoyed all the machines! Ava-K was diggin' the show as well!!! (I think I was holding iGirl, so she's not in the shot...she's back in the wanting to be held "all the time" stage)

Ava was into everything! She wanted to check the tire pressure on this tractor tire. I really loved how huge it was & how she figured she could take it on 8-) What do you think? Is she ready to be a Grease Monkey??!!
